I really like how the picture just captures her suspended in air. I believe used a shutter speed of 1.5 to get that. Naturally he used a tripod, and I believe that telescope lens to capture the movement. I do not know about the aperture, f 10 maybe? I think it's a beautiful piece, because it really shows off the beautiful physical form of the Acrobat.

Great picture. No need to guess on exact shutter speeds or apertures. This is obviously a very fast shutter speed though, otherwise the gymnast would be blurry. Probably 1/500 second or faster. The blurred out background helps to reveal that this was done with a telephoto lens from quite a distance away.
